I have used Applied Roofing Services to install foam roof overlays on two commercial and one office building. So far the product appears to be performing every bit as good as I had hoped and have every expectation that it will continue to perform perfectly at least through the 20 year warranty period. Jeff and Jim Cardenas, who are the owners of Applied Roofing Services, have always been responsive and easy to work with, have done what they have said they would do, and have gotten the job done within a reasonable amount of time. So far I am very happy with Applied Roofing Services and their product, and would not hesitate to call them if I needed a foam roof overlay installed on any of the other properties I manage.
