Applied Roofing Services was founded by Jeff Cardenas in 2003 with a straightforward goal: deliver commercial roofing that lasts, backed by people who stand behind their work. Based in Orange, California, we serve building owners, property managers, facilities directors, and general contractors across Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.
We specialize in large commercial and industrial projects — warehouses, office buildings, retail centers, and manufacturing facilities. Our work spans new construction, full re-roofing, service calls, and ongoing maintenance programs. Every foreman on our crews carries 20+ years of field experience, and our teams are OSHA fall protection certified on every job.
We hold qualified applicator status with Carlisle, GAF, Henry, General Coatings, and all major roofing manufacturers — and every system we install meets Energy Star and Title 24 requirements. Many of our clients have worked with us for a decade or more. Not because they’re locked in, but because the work holds up and we’re easy to work with.
