Restore aging roofs for 60% less than replacement cost. Our coating systems handle ponding water, reflect heat, and add 10–15 years of service life.
The premium choice for ponding water, harsh UV exposure, and roofs that need maximum durability. Silicone doesn’t break down under standing water and holds its reflectivity for the life of the coating.
The cost-effective option for sloped roofs and buildings without significant ponding. Acrylic coatings are easy to apply, easy to maintain, and ideal for budget-conscious restoration projects.
TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofs at the end of their first life cycle can be restored with a coating system instead of tear-off and replacement. Same protection, fraction of the cost.
Standing-seam metal and modified bitumen roofs benefit hugely from coatings. Stops rust, seals seams, and dramatically improves energy efficiency on heat-prone surfaces.
A coating system typically costs 40–60% less than full tear-off and replacement, with the same warranty protection.
A properly installed and maintained coating system extends your existing roof’s service life by a decade or more.
White reflective coatings dramatically reduce cooling loads and meet Energy Star and Title 24 cool-roof requirements.
Coatings apply directly over your existing roof. No demolition, no debris dumpsters, no tenant disruption below.
Restoration keeps thousands of pounds of roofing material out of the landfill compared to tear-off and replacement.
Backed by Henry, General Coatings, GAF, and other major manufacturers with warranties from 5 to 20 years.
We assess the existing roof, identify problem areas, and verify the substrate is a candidate for restoration. Core samples confirm condition of the underlying insulation.
The existing roof is power-washed to remove dirt, chalking, and contaminants that would interfere with coating adhesion. The surface is dried and inspected.
Every seam, penetration, drain, and curb is inspected and reinforced with polyester fabric and base coat. This is where most coating failures start — we don’t cut corners here.
A manufacturer-specified primer is applied where required, followed by the base coat at the specified mil thickness. We measure wet-mil readings throughout for verification.
The final reflective top coat is applied. We conduct a thorough walkthrough with you, submit warranty paperwork to the manufacturer, and provide full documentation for your records.
